You agree to use our WhatsApp integration services strictly in accordance with Meta's Business & Commerce Policies. You are strictly prohibited from:
Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your account and service without refund.
Services are billed on a project basis or monthly subscription (for CRM/SaaS). All payments are non-refundable once the service/project has commenced, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate service agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
Optima Webdesign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. We are not responsible for any bans or blocks imposed by third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp/Meta) due to your violation of their policies.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
